Returns & Exchange Policy

We allow our customers to return or exchange products only in case of defective product being received, write to us within 24 hours addressing your concern  (With unpacking/unboxing video of package). You can either drop us email at [email protected] or reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 8882193887 . Our team will get your product replaced after reviewing it at our end.

 Here are the important pointers for your reference:

  1. It is mandatory to make a video which starts from unpacking/unboxing the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the product you wish to return or replace can be captured easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests of return or replacement in case the complete video is not shared with us.
  2. Customer can return or exchange a product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Customer must ensure that the product should not be prone to any physical damage, with original packaging and all the required accessories intact. Used products/ damaged products by customers are not eligible for refund.
  4. If you still wish to return the product that is delivered and get it changed, you need to bear the shipping charges that include the product being picked up from your place and the new product you wish to order (₹300/500g). 

Please Note: Returns are subject to approvals only*. There is no return policy applicable for Electronic Products & Screen Protectors . You can get them replaced in case of any defect or damage. Non-Returnable items are:

• Screen Protectors.

• Electronic Items (Earphones, Chargers etc., Humidifier)

• Perfumes

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and investigated, we will send you an email notification that we have received your item you wish to return. We will also keep you informed about the status of your refund once we have analysed it at our end. In case your refund is processed successfully, the credit amount will reflect in your Shoppodiction’s wallet only (within 1-2 days of receiving product in our facility), which you can redeem anytime on your future purchase. You need to be a registered user with our website so that refund can be credit.

In case of returning the products, COD/Shipping charges won’t be credited back. These are non-refundable

Order Cancellation Policy

We provide complete refund of your order if it is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase. You can either drop us email at [email protected] or reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 8882193887 in case you have made up your mind to cancel the order. We do not provide any order cancellation once the order is shipped from our end. The customer will have to bear the shipping fee in case of order cancellation.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we would not honour. The buyer should be sure of his/her purchase. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Delivery Policy

All of our products are shipped and delivered with utmost precision and perfection. We do not compromise with our quality standards hence we do not believe in the policy of open delivery. We advice all our customers not to indulge in any fights with delivery boys delivering products at your doorstep.
